Amazing!

Charlotte Gambill wrote this book as though she were sitting in the room with you having a conversation with you, coaching you and encouraging you. Her passion makes it personal and her honesty about her own challenges and turnarounds make it reachable. This book came at a time when I needed it and Charlotte's insights have been used tools to prepare me for my current turnaround and many more to come!
